Una de las causas de las vibraciones molestas del vehí-
culo es el desgaste o el daño de los silent-block.
Para controlar la integridad de los silent-block es preciso
desmontar el elemento de conexión motor.
Desmonte el escudo inferior, véase pág. 41 (DES-
MONTAJE COBERTURA ESCUDO INFERIOR).
Desmonte el motor, véase pág. 153 (DESMONTAJE
MOTOR DEL BASTIDOR).

PELIGRO
Peligro de caída del vehículo.
El vehículo, cuando no está equipado con el elemento
de conexión motor, necesita un soporte en la parte
central.
Coloque un soporte (300 mm de altura) por debajo de la
parte central del bastidor.

PELIGRO
Controle la estabilidad del vehículo.
Destornille y quite la tuerca perno transmisión motor-
elemento de conexión (1) con la arandela correspon-
diente.
Par de apriete tuerca perno transmisión motor-ele-
mento de conexión (1): 50 Nm (5 kgm).
Extraiga y quite el perno transmisión motor-elemento
de conexión (2) con la arandela correspondiente.
Desmonte el soporte (3) (introducido durante el des-
montaje motor).
Destornille y quite la tuerca perno silent-block (4)
con la arandela correspondiente.
Par de apriete tuerca perno silent-block:
42 Nm (4,2 kgm).
Saque el perno silent-block (5).
Saque el elemento de conexión (6).
Controle la integridad de los silent-block (7), del ele-
mento de conexión (6), de los muelles (8), de las sedes
muelles (9) y de los elementos de goma de tope (10),
sustituyéndolos si dañados.

Annoying vibrations of the vehicle may be caused by worn
out or damaged silent-blocks.
To check the condition of the silent-blocks, it is necessary
to remove the engine connection link.
Remove the lower shield, see p. 41 (REMOVING THE
LOWER SHIELD COVER).
Remove the engine, see p. 153 (REMOVING THE EN-
GINE FROM THE FRAME).

WARNING
The vehicle may fall down.
Without the engine connection link, the vehicle needs
a support in its central part.
Position a support (height 300 mm) under the central part
of the frame.

WARNING
Check the stability of the vehicle.
Unscrew and remove the connection link-engine ful-
crum pin nut (1), with the relevant washer.
Connection link-engine fulcrum pin nut driving torque:
50 Nm (5 kgm).
Withdraw and remove the connection link-engine ful-
crum pin (2), with the relevant washer.
Remove the support (3) (inserted during the removal of
the engine).
Unscrew and remove the silent-block pin nut (4),
with the relevant washer.
Silent-block pin nut driving torque:
42 Nm (4.2 kgm).
Remove the silent-block pin (5).
Remove the connection link (6).
Check the soundness of silent-blocks (7), connection
link (6), springs (8), spring seats (9) and end-of-stroke
rubber elements (10), and change them if they are
damaged.
