Lave con mucho cuidado las manos tras haber mane-
jado el aceite.
No esparza el aceite en el ambiente.
MANTENGASE LEJOS DEL ALCANCE DE LOS NIÑOS.

PELIGRO
Si se agotara el aceite, el motor podría agarrotarse.
Esto puede causar el bloqueo de la rueda trasera u
otros accidentes y, por consiguiente, lesiones graves
o la muerte.

Controle el estado de eficiencia de la sonda nivel acei-
te (1), véase pág. 179 (CONTROL DEL SENSOR NI-
VEL ACEITE).
Controle y, si necesario, lave con gasolina el filtro (2) y
el elemento filtrante, eliminando todas las incrustacio-
nes e impurezas.

Desmonte el colín, véase pág. 39 (DESMONTAJE CO-
LIN).
Quite el tapón depósito (3).
Coloque un recipiente con capacidad no inferior a 2
por debajo del empalme filtro (2), para recuperar el
aceite.
IMPORTANTE
Prepare una abrazadera de destor-
nillador para sustituirla la original (de tipo especial sin tor-
nillo).
Corte la abrazadera (4) del filtro (2).
IMPORTANTE
Durante la instalación sustituya la
abrazadera con una nueva.
Desconecte el filtro (2) del depósito aceite mezclador (5).

ATENCION
Instale y fije el filtro (2) verticalmente de modo que el
aceite residual que ha quedado en los tubos (6) no se
salga.
Recupere el aceite en el recipiente de recogida y tápelo.

Vacíe del todo el depósito aceite mezclador (5), véase
pág. 63 (VACIADO).
Desconecte los conectores eléctricos (7) de la sonda
nivel aceite mezclador (1).
Quite el tapón depósito (3).
Extraiga y saque la junta de goma (8).
Destornille los dos tornillos (9), recuperando las aran-
delas.
Extraiga el depósito del vano portacasco y sáquelo.

ATENCION
Durante la instalación, tras haber llenado el depósito,
realice la purga aceite mezclador, véase pág. 65 (PUR-
GA ACEITE MEZCLADOR).

If the mixer oil runs out, the engine may seize. This
may cause the overturning of the vehicle or other ac-
cidents, with consequent risk of serious injuries or
even death.

Check the efficiency of the oil level gauge (1), see
p. 179 (CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL SENSOR).
Check and if necessary wash the filter (2) and the filter-
ing element with petrol, removing any deposit and im-
purity.

Remove the rear part of the fairing, see p. 39 (REMO-
VING THE REAR PART OF THE FAIRING).
Remove the tank cap (3).
Position a container with at least 2
filter coupling (2), to gather the oil.

NOTE
Get a screwdriver-type pipe clamp, to replace
the original one (special type without screw).
Cut the clamp (4) of the filter (2).
NOTE
Upon reassembly, replace the clamp with a new
one.
Disconnect the filter (2) from the 2 stroke oil tank (5).

Position and fix the filter (2) vertically, so that the re-
sidual oil left in the pipe (6) cannot flow out.
Gather the oil in the container and plug it.

Drain the 2 stroke oil tank (5) completely, see p. 63
(DRAINING).
Disconnect the electric connectors (7) of the 2 stroke
oil level gauge (1).
Remove the tank cap (3).
Withdraw and remove the rubber gasket (8).
Unscrew the two screws (9), taking the washers.
Withdraw the tank from the crash helmet compartment
and remove it.

Upon reassembly, fill the tank and bleed the 2 stroke
oil, see p. 65 (BLEEDING THE 2 STROKE OIL TANK).
