8.1

Introduction

Service work should only be carried out by authorised specialists.
Defective components should only be replaced with
tee a safe operation and long service life together with a high transport capacity.
In the event of after-sales service and when ordering spare parts specify always the data and corresponding
part number given in the rating plate.
Always give the order number and corresponding part number when ordering replacement parts. The order
number is given on the rating plate of the food transport trolley.
Always stockpile a full set of replacement parts as a reserve or make a maintenance contract with a special-
ised dealer to avoid standstill times.
