Dismantling the blade cover
1. Rotate the blade shield disc 90° anticlock-
wise using the special knob;
2. a spring facilitates the extraction of the
blade shield disc.
Dismantling the slice cover
1. Ensure that the
plug is discon-
nected from
the electrical
mains socket;
2. remove the
slice shield
following the direction
shown in the figure.

and the removed parts
Products to be used
Use only hot water and biodegradable foam-
ing detergent for dishwashers with PH 7-8, at
an operating temperature not lower than 30 °C

using a soft, spongy cloth and a semi-rigid nylon
brush for the sharp areas of the plate and the
product holder.
WARNING: For the cleaning operations of the
sharp areas of the plates, the product holder
and the blade, use of protective gloves is also
recommended.
Rinse only with plenty of clean hot water and
dry with a soft cloth or spongy fabric. Do not
clean the machine with jets of water or steam or
similar methods.
Cleaning the blade
WARNING: Use protective gloves and carry out
the operation with great care and without dis-
traction.
DANGER OF BEING CUT!
1. Press a damp cloth on the surface of the
blade and move it slowly from the centre
toward the outside as shown in the figure on
the blade cover side and the opposite side;
2. in the same way dry it using a dry cloth.
Cleaning the safety ring
Pass a damp cloth between the blade and the
safety ring.
