6.7. Setting corner parts

On both sides of the corner parts, there shall be two
brackets, one at 650 mm maximum of the corner end
and a second one in the limit of 6 m (according to
Fig. 19):
Depending on the configuration, some corners need to
be installed on a frame. In such a case, the assembly
requires a reinforcing bar (see Fig. 20). It shall be
considered as a structural support.
6.8. Supplementary rules for installing
rails for suspended works
IMPORTANT: In order that the rail keeps a
sufficient stiffness when being used in suspension,
supports shall be put every 3 m maximum. In order to
allow well-functioning of the suspension slider, rail shall
be set on a wall.
DANGER: The slider for suspended works is not
a fall arrest device, it must be used with a fall arrester

A pressure button is available on the rail in order to
block the slider moving for an easier work of the rope
technicians.

protection equipment.
IMPORTANT: The sign plate must be placed on the
rail. If there is not any sign by the rail, it cannot be used.
The sign plate is in particular compliant with marking
