The Swiss LithoClast
Master is a combination
®
ultrasonic and pneumatic urological lithotripter
used for the fragmentation of urinary tract calculi
in the kidney, ureter, and bladder.
Contraindications:
Use of the product is contraindicated in patients
with the following:
•
Active bleeding disorders,
•
Solitary functioning kidney,
•
Creatinine greater than or equal to 3 µg %,
•
During pregnancy,
•
Under the age of 18
•
Stricture and obstruction problems,
•
With an electrical stimulator implanted e.g.
pacemaker.
Potential Complications:
Potential complications associated with
fragmentation of urinary tract calculi by pneumatic
and/or ultrasound energy are:
•
Perforation
•
Hemorrhage
•
Lesion
•
Stone migration
•
Pain/colic
•
Macroscopic hematuria
•
Infection
•
Ureteral obstruction

urinaires dans les reins, l'uretère et la vessie.
Contre-indications:
L'utilisation de l'appareil est contre-indiquée pour
les patients suivants:
•
Troubles hémostatiques actuels,
•
Un seul rein fonctionnant,
•
Créatinine égale ou supérieure à 3 µg %,
•
Pendant la grossesse,
•
Avant l'âge de 18 ans
•
Restriction et problèmes d'occlusion,
•
Avec un stimulateur électrique implanté par
exemple un stimulateur cardiaque.
Complications potentielles
Les complications potentielles liées à la fragmen-
tation de calculs dans les voies urinaires par
énergie pneumatique et/ou d'ultrasons sont :
•
Perforation
•
Hémorragie
•
Lésion
•
Migration des calculs
•
Douleur/colique
•
Hématurie macroscopique
•
Infection
•
Obstruction urétérale

Gegenanzeigen:
Die Verwendung des Produkts ist für Patienten mit
folgenden Merkmalen gegenindiziert:
•
Gerinnungsstörungen,
•
Singuläre funktionierende Niere,
•
Kreatinin grösser oder gleich 3 µg %,
•
Schwangerschaft,
•
Alter unter 18 Jahre
•
Strikturen oder obstruierende Probleme,
•
Implantierte elektrische Stimulatoren,
z. B. Herzschrittmacher.
Potenzielle Komplikationen
Die bei der Fragmentierung der Harnsteine in den
Harnwegen durch Stosswellenenergie und/oder
Ultraschall verbundenen potenziellen Komplika-
tionen sind:
•
Perforation
•
Hämorrhagie
•
Läsion
•
Migration von Harnsteinen
•
Schmerz/Kolik
•
Makroskopische Hämaturie
•
Infektion
•
Harnleiterobstruktion
