3) Insert the air hose G (fig.2) into hole A behind the tower tilt cylinder.
4) Fit screw B into hole C and lock with nut and washer D.
5) Connect the fork F of the cylinder to the column 1 by means of the pin provided.
Then lock the pin through the special split pin M.

Connect hose G Ø 6 leading from the cylinders inside the column, to the hose inside the
tyre changer base (Part. Y) which passes above the bead breaker cylinder. Make sure that
the tube is inserted sufficiently well into the union H to ensure a perfect seal.
7) Fit the side cover.
8) Fit the box with pressure gauge 2 on to the tower 1 and lock with screw and washer S.

1) Fix the clamp (5) to the working arm

3) Fix the front of the casing with the two screws (2)
4) Fix the rear of the casing to the horizontal tool arm (3) using the screw (4).
To remove the machine from the pallet, sling it as shown in figure 3.
This lifting point must be used whenever you need to change the position of the machine.
Do not attempt to move the machine until it has been disconnected from the electrical and air
networks.
Choose the place of installation in strict observance of local regulations regarding safety
in the workplace.
IMPORTANT: for correct, safe use of the equipment, users must ensure a lighting level of at
least 300 lux in the place of use.
If the machine is to be installed outdoors, it must be properly protected from adverse
weather by a roof.
Place the tyre changer in the designated work position observing the minimum clearances
shown in figure 7.
The machine must be placed on a preferably concrete or tiled horizontal surface. Loose or non-
firm surfaces are not recommend.
The surface supporting the machine must withstand the loads transmitted during operation.
This surface must have a load-bearing capacity of at least 500 Kg/m
