Tyre inflation is a dangerous operation.
Always inflate tyres in the strictest observance of the following instructions.
During this stage of operations noise levels may be up to 85 dB(A). We recommend that
operators wear hearing protectors.
During the bead insertion and inflation procedure, safety goggles and ear defenders
must be worn.
The machine, even if it limits pressure, does not provide sufficient protection against
exploding tyres during inflation. Failure to observe the following instructions will make
tyre inflation extremely dangerous.
NEVER exceed the maximum pressure stipulated by the tyre manufacturer, normally in
the range between 3.3 and 4 Bar. Otherwise, tyres may receive serious damage to their
structures, which may not be immediately visible, putting the end user at serious risk.
Make sure you are well concentrated during this stage of operations and make frequent
checks on the tyre pressure to avoid the risk of excess inflation.
NOTES:
The inflation procedure must be carried out following the method described below to ensure the
maximum safety for the operator and for the rim-tyre assembly when in use.
For this purpose, the machine is fitted with an inflation pressure limiter set at a maximum of 4.0
±0.2 Bar, in compliance with the regulations in force and recommended by tyre manufacturers.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damages arising due to the removal or
tampering of any of the safety devices in so far as such acts are in violation of European
standards.
It is expressly forbidden to attempt to alter operating pressure of the relief valves or the
pressure regulator.
The manufacturer declines all liability for damage resulting from tampering with these
components.
