WARNING
Unsafe Operation Hazard
Failure to lock the light tower in the operating position
could result in death or serious injury. Be sure to lock the
light tower in the operation position.
4. Turn the winch handle (D, Figure 20) on the light
tower clockwise to raise the telescoping masts to the
preferred height.
To rotate the light tower to the preferred work angle
1. Loosen the tower lock knob (F, Figure 20).
2. Use the handles (G, Figure 20) to rotate the light
tower to the preferred work angle.
3. Tighten the tower lock knob.
To lower the light tower
1. Turn the tower lights off before lowering the light
tower. See Operation - Operating The Tower Lights .
2. Rotate the light tower to the transport position.
A. Loosen the tower lock knob.
B. Use the handles to rotate the tower to the
transport position (light bar 90° (perpendicular)
to the trailer tongue).
C. Tighten the tower lock knob.
3. Turn the winch handle on the light tower
counterclockwise until the telescoping masts are fully
lowered.
4. Turn the winch handle on the right side of the unit
clockwise to make sure the lower light tower cable is
taut.
5. Unlock the latch pin at the foot of the light tower.
WARNING
Unsafe Operation Hazard
Failure to confirm tautness of the lower light tower cable
before unlocking the latch pin could result in death or
serious injury. Be sure the lower light tower cable is taut
before unlocking the latch pin.
6. Turn the winch handle on the right side of the unit
counterclockwise until the light tower is lowered into
the transport (horizontal) position.
WARNING
Tip Hazard
Failure to fully lower the telescoping masts before
lowering the light tower to the transport position could
result in death or serious injury. Always fully lower the
telescoping masts before lowering the light tower to the
transport position.
7. Secure the light cords into the hook on the rear tower
support.
8. Latch the tower locking pin.

position with the tower locking pin.

Fueling The Unit
To Fuel
Open the engine compartment access door to access
the fuel tank.
Open the filler cap.
Add fuel as needed. Refer to the engine
operator's manual for fuel recommendations. See
Specifications for fuel capacity.
NOTICE
Diesel fuel only. Use of gasoline could result in engine
damage.
NOTICE
Pressurized fueling is not allowed.
