3. After the engine has started, the lights will turn
on automatically after about 20 seconds. All light
circuit breakers need to be in the 'On' position. With
the LSC switch in the 'On' position, and prior to
starting the engine, the 'Low Oil Pressure" warning
will appear. This is normal. The 'Low Oil Pressure"
warning should go out within 5 seconds of engine
start up. If the Automatic Engine Shutdown System
detects low oil pressure after the engine has
started and stabilized, it will shut down the engine
automatically.
Note: The fuel symbol on the LCD panel will begin
to flash red when low fuel level is detected. The
machine is factory set for a low fuel level of ½ full.
This can be re-set by the user. See separate LSC
Display Module Instruction Manual for re-setting
instructions.
To shut down the engine with LSC:
1. Press the button below 'Stop' on high resolution LCD
panel (B, Figure 22 ('Start' shown)). This indicator will
immediately change to 'Start'. Once the 'Stop' button
has been pressed, the lights will be automatically
sequenced off two at a time. Once all the lights are
off, the engine will shut down.
*Note: For automatic starting and programmed starting
with the LSC, and for complete information on all of the
user programmable items within the LSC, see separate
LSC Display Module Instruction Manual.

the Tower Lights.
Raise the light tower. See Operation - Raising And
Lowering The Light Tower.
To turn lights on
The tower lights are automatically controlled by the
Sequenced Lighting System (SLS). Leave the light
breaker switches (A, Figure 23), located on the light
control panel, in the ON position for automatic light
control. However, individual lights can be manually
controlled by the light breaker switches.
To turn lights off
Shutting the engine down will automatically turn off the
lights. However, individual lights can be manually turned
off by turning one or more of the light breaker switches
(A, Figure 23) to the OFF position.
Note: During automatic light shutdown, the tower lights
will turn off a fraction of a second before the engine shuts
down, to prevent capacitor damage.
