Baking - programme 14:
With this programme you can bake previously prepared bread dough.
1. Do not put the ingredients but the prepared bread dough into the baking tin.
Make sure that the dough is evenly distributed in the pan. 2.
2. Select programme 14.
3. Press the TIME+ and TIME- buttons to set the desired baking time (preset 0:30 h,
maximum 1:00 h). 4.
4. Press the COLOR button to set the baking temperature 100°C (light); 150°C
(medium); 200°C (dark).
5. Press the START/PAUSE/STOP button to start the programme.
Home-Made - Programme 15:
Press this button to open the menu for home-made bread. In this menu you can set
the time for each process, e.g. kneading, proofing, baking. The programme is well
suited for DIY bread.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS:
Memory in case of power failure:
In the event of a power failure or the mains plug being pulled out, the unit automa-
tically resumes from where operation was interrupted as soon as the power supply
is restored if the interruption has lasted no longer than 10 minutes. This extends the
operating time by the duration of the interruption.
If the interruption lasts longer than 10 minutes, the appliance will stop running and
the LCD display will return to the default setting. If the dough has already started to
rise, please discard the ingredients. If this is not the case, you can simply restart the
programme.
Overheating protection/malfunction:
In the event of overheating or a malfunction, the appliance switches off automati-
cally and a continuous beep sounds as a warning.
Note the indication on the display:
EE0:
This indicator shows that the temperature sensor is not connected. Press the START/
PAUSE/STOP button to stop the programme and disconnect the mains plug.
Please contact customer service to have the sensor checked, repaired or electrically/
mechanically adjusted.
HHH:
This indicator appears when the temperature inside the bread maker is too high.
Press the START/PAUSE/STOP button to stop the programme. Unplug the appliance,
open the lid and let the appliance cool down completely for 10-20 minutes before
starting it again.

4.3 OPERATION
1. Remove the baking dish (5) from the machine by turning the
handle (6) counterclockwise and then pull it out of the machine.
2. lace the dough hook (4) on the central peg in the baking
dish (5).
3. Measure all the ingredients exactly and put them in the
baking dish (5) in the order given in the recipe.
In most cases, the ingredients are added in this order:
1.) all liquid ingredients 2.) fat 3.) all dry ingredients and
4.) baking powder/yeast.
Press a small indentation into the surface of the flour with
your finger and add the yeast to the indentation. Make sure
the yeast does not come into contact with salt or liquids.
4. Insert the bread dish (5) into the bread maker and make sure
it is firmly locked in place by turning it clockwise.
The bread dish (5) must lock in place so that the dough can
be mixed and kneaded well.
5. Close the lid (7).
6. I nsert the mains plug into the socket. A beep will sound;
the display (10) goes on and shows programme 1, 750 g and
medium browning by default.
7. Press the MENU button until your desired programme is
displayed.
8. Press the WEIGHT button to select the desired weight 500g,
750g and 1000g. (No weight selection is possible for pro-
grammes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15).
9. Press the COLOR button to select the desired browning level
of the crust: light, medium or dark crust. (No browning level
selection is possible for programmes 8 - 12).
10. If desired, use the TIME+ and TIME- buttons to set the delay time.
Press the TIME+ and TIME- buttons to increase or decrease the delay time shown
on the LCD display. (No delay function is possible for programmes 4, 8, 9, 10 and
12, 13, 14).
Do not use the delay timer if you have dairy products, eggs, etc. in the dough.
11. Press the START/PAUSE/STOP button once to start the programme. The bread
maker beeps once and the stirring function sign
(4) starts mixing the ingredients in the baking dish (5). If you have activated a delay
timer, the dough hook (4) does not mix the ingredients until the programme is started.
In some programmes (1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6,9,10), additional ingredients can be added
during the kneading process, which you insert into the ingredient compartment
(9) beforehand: If described in the recipe, fill the ingredient compartment (9)
before starting the programme.
