above/below. The fan swirls the hot air around the dish and thus
distributes the heat evenly throughout the cooker. Suitable for
baking and roasting on all levels, e.g. for cakes, etc.
Heating from below
In this position, heating takes place only with heating from below.
The heat comes from the lower heating element.
This type of heating is suitable to bake food more intensely from the
bottom. For example, for baking moist baked goods with fruit or for
subsequent baking.
Combined grill heating/heating from above
In this position, heating takes place with the grill and heating from
above. This function allows for a higher surface temperature; this
leads to deeper browning/more intense crust formation.
grilling large portions at one time.
Note
Set temperature to 250 °C.
Always keep the oven door closed when using the grill function.
Fan with combined grill heat/heating from above
In this position, heating takes place with the grill and heating from
above as well as recirculating air. The grill heating element and fan
switch on and off alternately. The fan swirls the hot air around the
dish. This function speeds up grilling and improves the flavour of the
dish.
Suitable for roasting meat, poultry, whole fish.
