Grilling
Small to medium-sized pieces of meat can be grilled on the top shelf,
directly under the infrared heating element.
It is recommended to grill meat portions with a maximum
•
thickness of 2-3 cm.
Rub a little oil or fat into meat and fish dishes before grilling.
•
After half the grilling time, turn the grilled food portion over.
•
Risk of burning on hot surfaces!
Do not leave the oven unattended during
-
grilling. Keep children away!
Fire hazard!
Do not push the grilled food too far back in the
oven. It is very hot there. Fatty grilled food
could catch fire.
Switching on the grill
1. Turn the oven function selector to the position marked with the
grill symbol.
2. Heat the oven for 5 minutes (with the oven door closed).
3. Arrange the universal tray with the food to be prepared at the
correct height in the oven.
4. When grilling on the grate, place an empty baking tray for the
dripping fat at a lower height (under the grate).
