Valve for the abrasive material
CAUTION:

The valve for the abrasive material controls the flow of
the abrasive material to the blast wheel.
To operate the valve for the abrasive
material

1. Push the button on the control panel to open the
valve for the abrasive material. Refer to
panel overview on page 4 .
2. Push the button on the control panel to close the
valve for the abrasive material. Refer to
panel overview on page 4 .
Abrasive material seal
The abrasive material seal is a seal system with the
front seal (A), the side seals (B) and the rear brush list
seal (C).
To set the correct height of the abrasive
material seal
1. Park the product on a flat surface .
2. Push the "Freeflow" button to lower the shot blaster

4. Loosen the 3 nuts and and the support strip on the
side seals and the front seal .
5. Adjust the height on the side seals and the front
seal .
a) Adjust the height until the inner rubber seal is 1
mm / 0.04 in . above the surface .
b) Adjust the height until the brush list seal is 6
mm / 0.25 in . above the surface .
c) Adjust the height until the outer rubber seal is 1
mm / 0.04 in . above the surface .
6. Tighten the 3 nuts .
7. Loosen the 3 nuts and the support strip on the rear
brush list seal .
a) Adjust the height until the rear brush list seal is 6
mm / 0.25 in . above the surface .
8. Tighten the 3 nuts .
