General product maintenance
Do a check of the tension of the
drive belt for the shot blaster
head.
Examine the propane tank and
all lines for leaks.
Replace the engine oil.
Lubricate the bearings of the
front wheel.
Replace the hydraulic oil and

hydraulic oil filter.
Do a complete servicing and
cleaning of the product.
Do a check and replace a bear-
ing.
To clean the product
• Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
• Keep the air openings clean and clear to make sure
that the product always has sufficient air flow.
To clean the dust collector
1. Close the dust valve. Refer to
valve on page 14 .
2. Clean the external surface with a moist cloth.
CAUTION:
electrical components.
3. Clean the HEPA filter with a dust extractor.
WARNING:
extractors with HEPA filter and a soft
brush to not do damage to the HEPA
filter. Do not clean the dust extractor with
compressed air or water.
WARNING:
make a hole in the HEPA filter. This can
cause damage to the HEPA filter and a
health risk for the operator or others.

g of grease for each grease nipple.
