Troubleshooting
Cause
The blast wheel is worn or damaged.
The blast wheel blades are worn or dam-
aged.
The level of the blast wheel is incorrect.
There are loose screws and nuts.
There is an incorrect tension of the drive belt
for shot blaster head.
The engine is damaged.
The wheels are damaged.
The blast wheel bearings are not lubricated.
The supply of abrasive material to the blast
wheel is not sufficient.
The type of abrasive material is incorrect for
the surface.
The abrasive material has contamination.
The blast wheel is worn or damaged.
The blast wheel blades are worn or dam-
aged.
There is too much abrasive material that hits
the surface at the start of the operation.
The speed of the product is too high.
The pinch bar is worn.
Solution
Replace the blast wheel.
Replace the blast wheel blades.
Adjust the level of the blast wheel.
Tighten all screws and nuts.
Do a check of the tension of the drive belt for
shot blaster head.
Speak to an approved Husqvarna service
agent.
Speak to an approved Husqvarna service
agent to replace the wheels.
Lubricate the blast wheel bearings.
Clean the separator tray and fill the separator
with abrasive material.
Do a check of the valve for the abrasive ma-
terial.
Replace the abrasive material with correct
abrasive material for the surface.
Do a check of the primary filters and replace
if it is necessary.
Replace the blast wheel.
Replace the blast wheel blades.
Close the valve for the abrasive material and
stop the product.
Decrease the speed.
Replace the pinch bar.
