To do a check of the tension of the
drive belt for the shot blaster head
WARNING:
without the drive belt cover installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 16 .
2. Open the side panel.
3. Loosen the bolt (A) that holds the tensioner.
4. Adjust the tension of the drive belt for the shot
blaster head with the tension wrench (B).

5. Hold tension 28 Hz on the drive belt with the tension
wrench and tighten the bolt.
To replace the air compressor filter
CAUTION:
without the air compressor filter installed.
CAUTION:
compressor filter.
1. Let the engine become cool before you remove the
air compressor filter.
2. Open the side panel.
3. Remove the cap (A).
4. Remove the air compressor filter (B).
5. Dispose the used air compressor filter.
6. Install the new air compressor filter in the opposite
sequence.
To replace the primary filters
WARNING:
protective equipment when you replace the
primary filters. Refer to
equipment on page 7 .
Replace the primary filters when the suction is
unsatisfactory or the indicator for replacement of primary
filters is on.
There are 6 primary filters in the product. Replace all
filters at the same time.
1. Stop the product, refer to
page 16 .
2. Make sure that the fan fully stops before you remove
the cover of the filter housing.
