Problem
The abrasive material
falls out of the prod-
uct.
The wear is more
than usual on parts of
the shot blaster head.
The product does not
move.
The engine does not
start.
The product stops af-
ter a while.
The drive system
does not operate cor-
rectly.
To read error codes
The diagnostic tool shows the error codes with a
flashing LED. The error codes is used to identify a
problem with the product. Each error code identifies a
problem. For information about cause and solution, refer
Error codes and descriptions on page 29 .

Cause
The position of the pinch bar is incorrect or
the pinch bar is worn.
The dust valve is closed.
The filters are clogged.
The seals are at an incorrect distance from
the surface.
The seals are damaged.
The shot blaster head is at an incorrect dis-
tance from the surface.
The type of abrasive material is incorrect for
the surface.
The suction power of the dust collector is not
sufficent.
The speed is too low.
The shot blaster head gets caught on the
floor.
The drive system is damaged.
The emergency stop button is engaged.
The engine is damaged.
The propane tank is empty.
The valve of the propane tank is closed.
The battery switch is in the OFF position.
The battery is empty.
The engine is damaged.
A safety fuse or a fault current breaker is on.
The propane tank is empty.
A safety fuse is damaged.
Solution
Turn the pinch bar 1 step or replace the
pinch bar.
Open the dust valve.
Replace the primary filters and do a check
for leakages.
Adjust the height of the abrasive material
seals.
Do a check of all the seals and replace if it is
necessary.
Adjust the height of the shot blaster head.
Replace the abrasive material with correct
abrasive material for the surface.
Replace the primary filters.
Increase the speed.
Adjust the height of the shot blaster head.
Speak to your dealer for more information.
Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to
disengage.
Speak to an approved Husqvarna service
agent.
Fill the propane tank.
Make sure the valve of the propane tank is
open.
Turn the battery switch to the ON position.
Charge the battery with a workshop charger.

The error code LED flashes multiple times. The number
of times that the error code LED will flash, shows a
number in the error code. Each error code have 4 digits.
There is a 1 second stop between each of the flashes in
an error code. There is a 3 second stop between each
error code. When the error code sequence is complete
the digits 6 and 1 (61) flashes.
