2. Lift master forms

2.1 Manufacturer

2.2 Purpose

The lift is a lifting tool for raising vehicles up to a total weight or 6000 kg for normal workshop
operation, for a maximum lift distribution of 3:1 in the drive-in or against the drive-in direction.
A single load from only one or two lifting arms may not happen.
When using forklift shoes reduce the load bearing capacity of the lift to 4200 kg.
Set up of the standard lift in explosion and fire endangered workshops and humid spaces (e.g.
washing halls) is prohibited.
The lift is not set up for moving people.
Lift operation is done directly on the operating column (see Data sheet).
After construction and significant maintenance changes on load carrying parts and after changing
the installation location, the lift must be inspected afterwards by a specialist who approves and
confirms the changes in writing.

2.3 Changes to the design / construction

Inspections by a technical expert are required before recommissioning (date, type of change,
technical expert signature).
