▷ When setting up the furnace, provide for suit-
able fire-protection measures (e. g., fire-
resistant table and floor covering, fire-resist-
ant protective walls).
▷ Never start the operation of the furnace with-
out the insulation table mounted.
▷ Do not cover off the ventilation openings in
the firing-chamber lid.Pay attention that com-
bustible materials (e. g., rubbing alcohol,
wipes, etc.) and heat-sensitive objects have
sufficient clearance to the furnace.
▷ In case of unexpected processes in the furnace
(for example, strong smoke development or
odour nuisance), switch the furnace off imme-
diately and allow the furnace to cool down to
room temperature.

A defective machine can lead to malfunctions!
On detection of damage or a functional defect of
the machine:
▷ Label the machine as defective.
▷ Prevent further operation until the machine
has been repaired.

any way have an impact on the health of the
operating personnel, is not permitted.
NOTE:
▷ Switch the machine off when not in use or
unsupervised for longer periods, e.g., over-
night. This method of saving electrical energy
also benefits the environment.
