The example in Fig. 12 leads to the following firing
procedure:
1. L0: Programme start with firing chamber open,
meaning, the lift moves down if applicable.
By default, the firing procedure will not be
executed until after the correct tempera-
ture for starting the selected programme
has been reached. Otherwise, the Tc indi-
cator will flash and a message will be dis-
played that the furnace is too hot or still
heating up.
1. T030.A900: Adjusts the object temperature
(900 °C) with a ramp of 30 °C/min.
The lift partially moves up, while the firing
chamber is being heated up at the same time.
2. L9: Close (the lift moves upward).
3. T1200: Waiting period 1200 seconds.
4.T010.C1475: Adjusts the firing temperature
(1475 °C) with a ramp of 10 °C/min.
5. T4500: Waiting period 4500 seconds.
6.T010.A900: Adjusts the object temperature
(900 °C) with a ramp of 10 °C/min.
The lift partially moves down, while the firing
chamber cools off at the same time.
7. T030.A250: Adjusts the object temperature
(250 °C) with a ramp of 10 °C/min.
The lift partially moves down, while the firing
chamber cools off at the same time.
8.C0: Switches off the heating.
9.L0: The lift moves completely down.
10.T2: The acoustic signal indicating the end of
the programme sounds. The firing number is
automatically increased by one.
