注意 :
ミシンの不意の起動による人身の損
傷を防ぐため、電源を切り、モータ
の回転が止まったことを確認してか
ら行なってください。
釜油量調節ねじ 1 を締め込む（右
に回す）と釜油量は多くなり、ゆる
める（左に回す）と釜油量は少なく
なります。

タイプで RP 釜 （ドライ釜）
を使用する場合 ]
1. 下軸油芯止めねじ 2 を外し、 下軸止め
栓ねじ 3 ( 品番：11079506) と O
リング 4 ( 品番：RO036080200)
を取付けてください。
2. 釜油量調節ねじ 1 で油量が最小と
なるまでゆるめ、釜油量を絞った状
態で使用してください。但し、完全
に止めないようにし、また釜油量調
節ねじ①が抜けないように注意し
てください。
3. PR 釜 ( ドライ釜 ) 使用の場合でも
オイルタンクの油は絶対に抜かな
いでください。

: 0.5 - 1 mm
• DDL-9000A-sH : 1 - 3 mm
1) The state given in the figure above
shows the appropriate amount of oil
(oil splashes). It is necessary to finely
adjust the amount of oil in accordance
with the sewing processes. However,
do not excessively increase/decrease
the amount of oil in the hook. (If the
amount of oil is too small, the hook will
be seized (the hook will be hot). If the
amount of oil is too much, the sewing
product may be stained with oil.)

wick setscrew 2 and attach
hook driving shaft stopper
screw 3 (Part no. : 11079506)
and rubber ring 4 (Part no. :
r0036080200).
2. Loosen oil amount adjustment
screw 1 up to the minimum
so as to reduce the oil amount
in the hook. However, do not
completely stop the oil and
be careful not to allow oil
adjustment screw 1 to come off.

要进行必要的调整，但是
请注意不要过度地增减油

关掉电源之后再进行操作。
拧紧 ( 向右转动 ) 旋梭油量调节
螺丝 1 后 , 旋梭油量变多 , 拧松
( 向左转动 ) 旋梭油量变少。

1. 请卸下下轴油芯固定螺丝
2 ，然后安装下轴固定栓螺丝

2. 请拧松旋梭油量调节螺丝

油量变得最小，请在把旋梭油
量调节得较小的状态下进行使
用。但是，调节时请注意不要
完全拧紧，同时还要注意不要
让旋梭油量调节螺丝
脱落。

3. 使用 PR 旋梭 ( 干式旋梭 ) 时，
也请注意绝对不能排放掉油槽
中的机油。

1) El estado indicado en la figura de arriba
muestra la cantidad apropiada de aceite
(salpicaduras de aceite). Es necesario
realizar el ajuste fino de la cantidad de
aceite de acuerdo con los procesos
de cosido. Sin embargo, no aumente/
disminuya excesivamente la cantidad
de aceite en el gancho. (Si la cantidad
de aceite es insuficiente, el gancho se
agarrotará (el gancho recalentará). Si la
cantidad de aceite es excesiva, la prenda
del cosido se manchará con aceite.)
2) Compruebe la cantidad de aceite (para
ver si hay salpicaduras de aceite) tres
veces (en las tres hojas de papel), y haga
el ajuste de modo que no se cambie.

Desconecte la corriente eléctrica antes
de comenzar el trabajo para evitar
accidentes causados por un arranque
brusco de la máquina de coser.
Apriete el tornillo 1 de ajuste de cantidad
de aceite (girándolo hacia la derecha)
para aumentar la cantidad de aceite en
el gancho, o aflójelo (girándolo hacia la
izquierda) para disminuir la cantidad.

1. Retire el tornillo de fijación 2 de la
mecha del aceite del eje impulsor
del gancho y coloque el torni-
llo retén 3 del eje impulsor del
gancho (no. de pieza : 11079506)

2. Afloje el tornillo 1 de ajuste de
cantidad de aceite al mínimo para
reducir la cantidad de aceite en el
gancho. sin embargo, no detenga
completamente el aceite y tenga

te 1 del aceite no se desprenda.
3. nunca drene el aceite en el tanque
ni aún cuando se use el gancho rP
(gancho para cabeza seca).
