IN RANSFER PROGRAM FOR LOADING
The machine comes with an internal program loaded and tested in workshops. The operator does not
therefore need to carry out any operations.
Only in the situations described below will the WinTransfer Program allow the machine to be re-set.
Here is a list of the situations that require the use of the WinTransfer Program; for details on installing
and using the program, read the instructions in the leaflets provided with the CD-ROM.
• Replacement of the electronic board (see Ch. 7.4) or loss of machine program
1) use the machine keypad to enter the serial number found on the data plate on the back of the
machine (see Ch. 5.8.1).
2) install the latest version of the WinTransfer Program on your personal computer, according to the
instructions provided.
3) calibrate the machine according to the instructions in the manual, as follows:
Carry out calibration in the way described in Ch. 5.7.4 "Machine Zero Points", page 52.
Calibrate the clamp (Ch. 5.6.1, page 34).
Continue by re-calibrating all the remaining clamps.
The machine is now calibrated and ready for operation.
• Update by SILCA of the program or machine database
Install the WinTransfer Program update on your personal computer, reading the instructions provided.
