Venanzetti vibrators can be installed in any position.
The fixing area must be rigid to prevent the vibra-
tions from causing breakages owing to high stress.
Reinforcing plates and ribbing may be required.
The surface to which the vibrator is connected must
be flat to ensure a perfect contact for the fixing feet
and to prevent the supports from breaking or the bolts
from slackening off. Once these conditions have been
ensured, install the vibrators with flat spring safety
washers, bolts, nuts and check nuts of a correspond-
ing diameter, i.e. size 8.8 or more.

The installed electric vibrators must be connected
to a steel safety wire with sufficient diameter and
length to hold the vibrator if it accidentally
detaches and permit it a maximum fall of 15 cm
(6 inches).

fixing bolts will need to be torqued again. Periodically

check to make sure that all the bolts are well tight-
ened even when none have appeared to have slack-
ened off when the re-torquing operation is carried out.
The elastic system should be sized in the correct
way. Failing this, the electric vibrators could reach a
lower spinning speed (rpm) than that forecast for con-
tinuous service owing to certain ratios between the
operating frequency and the natural frequency of the
elastic system in which the vibrator is applied. The
elastic characteristics of the system must be modi-
fied in these cases, to prevent damage to the elec-
tric parts of the vibrators.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SAFE USE
The cable fastening must be made direct near the
cable entry.
All accessories associated to the vibrator motor
to ensure smooth operation and safety must
provide a recognized protection type, adapted to
their specific use.
User must looked after regularly of good bearings
conditions, and in any case exceed the bearing
life estimation defined by manufacture in pages
8 and 9.
