1. Wipe all warning plates clean (Fig.2, page 2). If
plates are not readable, contact Venanzetti Vi-
brazioni Milano or distributor for replacements.
2. Start vibrator(s).
3. Always make sure that the voltage and frequency
values of the power main correspond to those
indicated on the data plate of the motor-driven
vibrator before powering.
4. Check the power draw of the motor-driven
vibrator. If the value exceeds the data plate
indication, reduce the weight regulation and
reinforce the structure. After the modification
has been made, make sure that the power draw
is the same or lower than the data plate value.

Is extremely important to check the condition of
the bearing to avoid that an excessive wear cause
the unbalancing of the shaft and the danger of
stripment of the rotor with the stator. Then if is
noted an increasing noise, remove the weight

Make the same adjustments on both sides.
Both the adjustable weights at the two ends must
make the same movement to prevent the forces and
resultant moment from damaging the structure on
which the vibrators are installed.
When a Venanzetti vibrator is used for a feeder or
screen, the current supplied to the vibrator itself will
usually not exceed the rated value since the effect of
the elastic constant and the dampening coefficient
is low. Owing to the particular application, the cur-
rent could, however, exceed the rated value and dam-
age the stator winding or provoke unnecessary
activations. In this case, the position of the weights
must be set to a lower centrifugal force value so that
the power draw drops below the current rating.
E) E) E) E) E) Re-tighten the fixing bolts of the weights with the
driving torque indicated in the "Driving torques"
table.

set the OR seal in its correct housing.

this before starting and after the first three hours
service.

LUBRICATING THE BEARINGS
LUBRICATING THE BEARINGS
LUBRICATING THE BEARINGS
LUBRICATING THE BEARINGS
LUBRICATING THE BEARINGS
Venanzetti vibrators feature "LONG LIFE" lubrication.
They therefore do not need to be lubricated again
during operation and can proceed until the bearings
have completely worn out in the case of ball bear-
ings, or for 5000 hours in the case of roller bearings.
After this, the bearing grease must be completely
changed.
There are, however, particular applications where
stress on the bearings and on the grease that lubri-
cates them is very heavy owing to a sum of factors
such as a high ambient temperature, a high rpm rate
(2 poles) continuous round-the-clock service, a high
centrifugal force value and so forth. For these uses,
Venanzetti Vibrazioni Milano recommends frequent
periodic re-lubrication which can lengthen the life of
the bearings by a considerable number of hours, thus
reducing the running costs of the vibrator. This is
why re-lubrication channels have been created on
Venanzetti vibrators. These can be used to insert
grease from the outside without needing to demount
the vibrator from the vibrating machine and particu-
larly, without having to demount any parts from the
vibrator.

DISMANTLING
If the vibrator must be dismantled, proceed by sepa-
rating it into homogeneous parts which must then be
disposed of in compliance with the current laws gov-
erning the disposal of special waste. Any lubricants
or detergents must be disposed of according to their
type.
Only have the components disposed of by special-
ized and authorized companies which must issue a
receipt attesting to effective disposal.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
The increased safety vibrator is mainly manufactured
with the following materials:
- aluminium SG-AlSi9Cu1 UNI 7369/3, EN AB 46400
(holding lesss than 6% of magnesium)
- grey cast iron (EN 1561);
- spheroidal graphite cast iron (EN 1563);
- steel 39NiCrMo3 (vibrator shaft);
- stainless steel (AISI 304).
When installing the vibrator the user has to take this
in consideration an has to avoid installation in areas
where the intergrity of the vibrator may be
compromised by the external atmosphere that it is
likely to come in contact with.
