The Medtronic Models 3487A PISCES Quad, 3887 PISCES Quad Compact, or
3888 PISCES Quad Plus Leads are part of a neurostimulation system for pain
therapy.

Device specifications

The lead has electrodes on the distal end; the proximal end fits into a four-
conductor connector. A stylet has been inserted into the proximal end of the lead
to aid in positioning the lead and performing intraoperative test stimulation.
