Additional car manufacturer information

After the desired data has been selected, a screen is displayed,
which, if required, displays the standard loading and fuel load
specified by the vehicle manufacturer. If this information is
available, the manufacturer can, for example, specify that the
desired value data applies when there are 70 kg. on each seat and
the tank is ½ full. Please note that there are either no specifica-
tions at all or only partial specifications for many vehicle models.
Now select the type of Run-Out-Compensation you want to do.
In set-up you can pre select, if Roc has to be done always, if
wanted or never (ROC).
5.8 Run-out-compensation (ROC)
The run out compensation must only be carried out on vehicles for
whose wheel rims there are no special adapters(accessories e.g.
1 987 009 A04N) are availlable.
Recall ROC: will recall values from last done run-out-
compensation.
use only when position of all 4 clamps have not been
changed.
Skip ROC.
4WD ROC:
Push-Mode ROC: compensation done by pushing the
car back (wheel turn 90°) and pulling forward (wheel
turn 90°). ATTENTION: can only be done with 4-point
clamps or magnetic clamps (accessories 1 987 009
A28N).

2-Point ROC: lift the car (either the single axle with a
jack or the complete car with an auxiliary wheel free lift).
Check if all 4 sensor heads are turned on (WA 920 /
020), are cable-connected (WA 900).
5.8.1 Procedure on the sensor head with 2 pint R.O.C.:
- Press button 1 to change from alignment to compensation

mode (top yellow LED goes off, bottom on). Monitor will show:
- Turn clamp 180° in driving direction, peak now showing down
like button 2 and level the alignment head.
- Press button 2, yellow LED starts flashing. When value is taken,
green LED (3) goes on and off. Yellow LED (2) now constantly
on.
- If not (yellow LED still flashing): head is not levelled, no
connection to other head.
- When yellow LED (2) constantly on, turn clamp with tyre 180°,
peak now showing upwards like button 4
- Press button 4, yellow LED starts flashing. When value is taken,
green LED (3) goes on and off. Yellow LED (2 and 4) now
constantly on.
- If not (yellow LED still flashing): head is not levelled, no
connection to other head.
- When yellow LED 2 and 4 are constantly on, press 1 to change
from compensation back to alignment mode. LED 2 and 4 go
off, after three second yellow LED 1 turns from lower to upper
light. Monitor will show
- Repeat procedure at the other 3 wheels.
If any problems occur during the procedure, switch the head on
and off (WA 920 / 020), resp. unplug and plug the cable (WA
900). When all 4 wheels are done, the screen will automatically
switch to next procedure.
