7.1.3 System
- Select Alt+Tab:
Enabled: (Password „ALTTAB") user has the possibility to
change software program by pressing keyboard Alt+Tab.
Disabled: No possibility to change software program by
pressing keyboard Alt+Tab.
- Acoustic Signal:
Enabled: if soundboxes are connected to the PC (to be
supplied by customer) the procedures is supported with
acoustic signales when enabled.
Disabled: No support to soundboxes.
- Mouse:
Enabled: mouse can be used
Disabled: only keyboard can be used.
7.1.4 Config. Hardware
- Sensors: Com-port where to the electric sheet of the WA is
connected to the PC.
When WA 020 is used, the electric sheet should be
preset and connected to COM2 of computer, and NTS
to COM1 of computer.
- Romess: for MercedesBenz Romess measuring device. Only
supported when optional MB software upgrade is installed.
Disabled: No Romess ist connected.
Com-Port: where to the Romess-Electronic is connected to
the PC.
- Lift:
If you have a lift with UNILIFT controller, you can link it to the
Aligner via serial cable. The program will read the lift height
R/L during the Alignment process and will show it on the
printout. This function is not yet activ.

7.2 Setup in Setup and Maintenance
and : You can get access to the user setup from
the starting screen. Here, the user can choose individuell settings
according to his needs and preferences.
Setup
The personalization options of the wheel alignment process are
compiled in groups. Every group consists of related personaliza-
tion options. For every option, the different variants that are
available for selection are supplied.
Using the keys(o),(u), (pageo),(pageu),(z),(v) select them in
the Setup windows and confirm the choice with (E). You can quit
the selection with the <ESC> key.
Confirm the saving of the changes that have been made accor-
dingly.
The changes become effective only after quitting and
saving.
7.2.1 Customisation
- Working language: you can chose between 33 different
working languages. Working language can be different to
Printout language.
- Printout language: also 33 different languages, your printout
can have another language as the selected working language
- Logo:
Standard: no logo
D.C. Fahrwerkvermessung: Mercedes logo
Customisation: Customisation first logo
Secundarey cusomisation: Customisation second logo
Install personal Logo see chapter 7.3
- Customisation: 4 lines for e.g. your address. Will appear on
top of your printout. To change mark e.g. WHEEL ALIGN-
MENT SYST..., press enter and make change on bottom of
screen (also see movie „Create_Address.avi" on software
CD).
