On actuation, the measured values are saved and the
mirrors must be mounted on the other sensor heads.
Prompt for mounting the mirrors on the „Lateral sides"
After the installation of the mirrors, here too, a defined angle of
deflection is generated using reverse reflection, which checks
the working area of the CCD sensors.
The button is displayed only after the measured values
that have been received are stable and within the
tolerance.
On activating the icon, the measured values are saved.
You can now remove the mirrors.
Before the button for „Continue" is actuated, the sen-
sors should be checked, to see if they are still in level.
During the next action, the inclination sensors are checked.
During the calibration of the inclination sensors, the LED2 blinks
on the button (C) on the sensor (see Fig. 1300 0540, chapter
3.1).
For this purpose, use the two accompanying measurement
cylinders with a height of 54 (L) mm. As depicted on the screen,
these are placed under the two front legs of the calibration stand.
Checking the inclination in front
After actuating the button, the measured values are
saved.
82
Remove the measurement cylinders under the two front legs and,
as shown in the diagram, place the measurement cylinder that has
a height of 54mm(L) under the rear leg of the calibration stand.
Checking the inclination at the rear
After actuating the button, the measured values are
saved.
Remove the measurement cylinder below the rear leg and as
shown in the diagram, place the measurement cylinder with
13mm (S) height below the rear leg of the calibration stand.
Thereafter, place the measurement cylinder with 27mm (M)
height below the front right leg of the calibration stand.
Checking the inclination to the right
After actuating the button, the measured values are
saved.
