The selectable control modes are:
Δp-c:
The electronics keep the differential pressure created by the pump
above the permitted volume flow range constantly at the pre-
selected differential pressure setpoint H
curve, according to the required differential pressure sensor, 0...10 V
(Fig. 10).
Q = Volume flow
H = Differential pressure (min./max.)
H
= Differential pressure setpoint

NOTE
For more information on the settings, see Section 8 "Operation" on
page 44 and Section 8.2 "Setpoint settings" on page 45.
Manual control mode (n-const):
The frequency and thus the speed of the pump are set via the fre-
quency converter to between 12.5 Hz and 50 Hz. The electronics
allow the speed of the pump to be maintained constantly at a defined
setpoint n
(Fig. 11). The "manual control mode" deactivates the
S
Δp-c control at the module.
The DIE...BV pump has the following double pump functions:
• Main/standby mode "
• Parallel operation "
"
The installed differential pressure sensor is connected to the master.
NOTE
If Ext. off is disconnected at the master, the slave continues to per-
form a pump kick. The master is in standby mode.
The master and slave modules each have an additional relay, which is
installed on the top-hat rail (Fig. 17).
