Manual control mode (n-const):
A specific speed is set via the buttons, which is kept constant regard-
less of the volume flow. The pressure falls with increasing volume
flow and vice versa.
Conversion to manual control mode:
Bridge between terminal 5 and terminal 10 opened/removed (Fig. 4).
Manual control mode (n-const):
The speed/frequency of the pump is controlled via an external con-
troller, e.g. by the switchgear of a building management system
(BMS). The control signal is transmitted via voltage or current. If < 1 V
or < 2 mA, the pump is shut down (Ext. off ) (Fig. 11).
0-10 V:
Setting for manual control mode "0-10 V": (factory setting)
• Terminal 2 set as 0...10 V signal via switch S3.
0-20 mA:
Conversion for manual control mode "0-20 mA":
• Switch terminal 2 as 0...20 mA signal via switch S3.
Pressure controlled operation (Δp-c):
The setpoint is specified via an external voltage signal 0...10 V or cur-
rent signal 0...20 mA (Fig. 10). The actual value is transferred to the
control via a differential pressure sensor "0-10 V" (0 V = 0 bar) to be
provided by the customer.
Conversion from manual control mode (Fig. 6) to pressure controlled
operation (Fig. 7):
• Switch the bridge between terminals 8 and 20 to terminals 8 and 1.
• Bridge between terminal 5 and terminal 10 closed.
• Setpoint specification: Terminal 2 set as 0...10 V signal via switch S3.
• Switch terminal 2 as 0...20 mA signal via switch S3.
The time relay (Fig. 23) in the slave can be adjusted to the local con-
ditions, if required.
NOTE
If the double point flashes on the display, the "OK" button must be
pressed 1x to be able to change values in the relay.
Pressing the "OK" button confirms the current value and automati-
cally takes you to the next field.
Pressing the " " button increases the value by one.
By pressing the " " button, the display jumps back to the previously
set value.
NOTE
Digits 1-7 on the display correspond to the days of the week from
Monday to Sunday.
