Only have faults rectified by qualified personnel! Follow the safety
instructions in 10 "Maintenance" .
• If the malfunction cannot be rectified, consult qualified personnel
or the nearest after-sales service or representative office.
For faults, causes and remedies, see the "Fault signal" flow diagram
and the following tables.
NOTE:
The displays ( LED) of most of the faults disappear on their own
when the cause of the fault no longer exists.
LED "on"
A fault has occurred. The pump goes off and SSM opens. After a delay
time, the pump starts again (autostart). Only if the fault occurs for the
6th time within 10 minutes, does the pump go off permanently. In
such a case, the fault must then be reset manually using the
ton.
LED "flashing"
Warning only. The limit for fault-actuated shutdown is almost
reached (e.g. module temperature). The SSM relay does not react. The
pump continues to run. The warning may occur any amount of times.
The indicated faulty operating status should not occur for a lengthy
period. The cause must be eliminated.
