Operating Parts

Using and checking the MANUAL mode controls.
4.3.1 Wheel Lifter
The lifter is an operating part that the machine is fi tted
with. It is designed to load to the Wheel Holder Table
and to return the complete wheels or just the rim to
the ground.
The lifter cannot be used for uses other than lifting/
lowering wheels (or rims) from the Wheel Holder Table.
The lifter has a maximum capacity of 70Kg
Having loaded a wheel with a large enough diameter
and having activated the Wheel Sensor Arm (Fig.4.3-
1), proceed as follows:
• Check that the machine is in Manual Mode.
• Activate the lever (1, Fig.4.1-2) and hold it in the
forward position. The machine will beep and the
lifter will begin the automatic wheel load procedure.
Having completed this operation the lifter stops in the
start position on the ground (Fig.4.3-2) and the beeper
stops sounding.
Release the control lever.
• Activate the lever (1, Fig.4.1-2) and hold it in the
back position. The machine will beep and the lifter
will begin the automatic wheel unload procedure.
Having completed this operation the lifter stops in the
start position and the machine beeps.
Release the control lever.

Note: The command can be released in any position
and the operation will be interrupted. If the
command is activated again, the operation
will be resumed from wherever it is.
