Layout
Rotation: - Press the pedal (4 Fig.4.1-3) with
your foot; the wheel-holder fl ange rotates
clockwise as follows.

speed: - Press the pedal about 3/4 of the way down,
the turntable rotates at the minimum speed (about
7 rpm). This is the maximum torque.

nd
speed: - Press the pedal all the way down, the
turntable rotates at maximum speed (about 14 rpm).
This is the reduced torque.
- From the idle position, raise the pedal, the turntable
rotates anticlockwise.
WARNING: DANGER OF HANDS BEING CRUSHED.
Note:
When the machine is in Manual Mode, rotation
is always possible. Whereas in Automatic Mode
rotation is activated by the pedal and only when
the operation in progress requires it.
During clockwise or anticlockwise rotation operations
in either Manual or Automatic Mode, a safety circuit
may be activated and rotation may be blocked for a
few seconds. This happens if the stress on the product
created by the machine exceed a certain threshold.
If this happens, do not use any controls for the time the
machine software needs to perform an automatic reset.
Removing the Wheel Support Extension
In the case of special wheel types (reverse rims), it
is possible to remove a section of the wheel support
in order to lower the support plane so that additional,
special tools can be used;
Proceed as follows:
•
Using a screwdriver, extract the clamping
plate 3 Fig. 4.3-8.
•
Slide out the top section of the Wheel Support
Extension vertically 2 Fig. 4.3-8.
•
Unscrew the hexagonal rod 1 Fig. 4.3-8 by
hand, and replace it with the shorter one, supplied with
the special accessories. Hand tighten; DO NOT USE
TOOLS TO TIGHTEN.
The machine is ready for use.
Fitting the Wheel Support Extension
•
Mount the hexagonal rod supplied with the
tyre remover. HAND TIGHTEN, aligning the faces of
the hexagon with those on the pin underneath it, DO
NOT USE TOOLS.
•
Insert the Wheel Support Extension so that
the pins 4 Fig. 4.3-8 fi t into their housings.
•
Clamp the Extension in position using the
plates 3 Fig. 4.3-8. Introduce it completely by striking
it moderately hard with a hammer until it is it reaches
the indicator mark.
