Operations
Press the key (7 Fig.4.1-1) once to remove the
message.
Check and if necessary:
•
Lubricate the bead adequately.
•
Use the MH Beadpusher to keep the bead correctly
inserted in the rim groove, on the diametrically
opposite side to the tool.
•
Activate and keep the lever to attempt another
extraction.
If message H17 is displayed again at the end, contact
the technical support service.
WARNING: STOP ROTATION AT THE RIGHT
MOMENT TO AVOID THE BEADPUSHER AIDS
COLLIDING WITH THE TOOL.
8. Remove the bead pusher from the wheel.
9. Activate the rotation until the upper bead is
extracted completely.
Proceed with the fi nal phase of the demounting cycle that
is the "Removal of the lower bead".
Lower bead removal
• Activate the lever and keep it activated to move the
upper tool to the idle position and the lower tool
under the wheel so it can be inserted between the
tire and the rim (Fig.5.2-6).
The machine stops automatically (and beeps).
The operator should:
• Lift the tire manually on the opposite side to the tool,
in order to hook the bead onto the tool (Fig.5.2-7).
• Activate the lever again until the tire has been
completely extracted.
• Continue with the command to enable the tools to
reach the work position for the next Tire Mounting
Program.
The machine stops automatically (and beeps).The
"MANUAL MODE" message is shown on the display.
The Automatic Demounting Program is now complete.
WARNING:
WHEN THE UNCLAMP RIM PEDAL IS PRESSED ALL
THE ACQUIRED DATA IS DELETED.
