7.3 Changing the operating mode
Normal operation usually does not require any
modifi cation of the factory-adjusted operating modes
or their factory-adjusted statuses. In special cases, or
if the need arises, some operating modes or states
can be changed by entering the appropriate codes.
Settings and indications when the mode of
operation is changed (Fig. 7-2 - example code
C14)
• Press the "SETTINGS" key three consecutive times
(3, Fig. 6-1).
Code C 14 is displayed.
— Turn the wheel until the desired code number is
displayed.
Letter C with the desired number is shown on the
screen. With certain codes it is also possible to set
some values.
— Make changes, if appropriate.
— Press the OK key (23, Fig. 7-2) to set the value.
To restart operation:
—
Press the ESC key
Operating mode has been changed and it will remain
stored until the machine is switched off with the main
switch, or until the next setting.
Operational modes changed can be permanently
stored by setting code C10. Settings changed, but not
saved in the permanent memory will be reset to the
previous values when the machine is started again.
Warning:
The Code C4 cannot be stored in the permanent
memory.
