Se analizaron los siguientes niveles de interferencias exógenas y se determinó que eran
clínicamente irrelevantes: 447 mg/dl de etanol, 1 mmol/l de pentotal sódico, 4,3 mmol/l
de acetilsalicilato, 0,4 mmol/l de ascorbato, 4,3 mmol/l de salicilato, 0,7 mmol/l de yoduro,
2,2 mmol/l de ibuprofeno, 1,66 mmol/l de acetaminofeno, 2 mmol/l de amonio, 4 mmol/l
de litio, 38 mmol/l de bromuro, 3 µmol/l de dobutamina, 2,5 mmol/l de tolbutamida,
2,64 mmol/l de propofol, 0,7 mmol/l de cefotaxima, 0,16 mmol/l de ampicilina, 1 mmol/l
de perclorato sódico, 4,8 µM de Zofran
metronidazol.
Se analizaron los siguientes niveles de interferencias endógenas y se determinó que eran
clínicamente irrelevantes: 20 mmol/l de NaCl, 3 mmol/l de CaCl
pCO , pH de 6,9 a 7,7, +20 mmol/l de bicarbonato, 10 mmol/l de lactato, +20% de Hct,

del 3% al 11% de proteína total, 0,8 g/dl de lípidos, 9,1 mmol/l de colesterol, 20 mmol/l
de β-hidroxibutirato, 2 mmol/l (24 mg/dl) de L-cisteína, 0,26 mmol/l de bilirrubina y
+2 mmol/l de fosfato.
