SAFETY SYSTEMS EFFICIENCY PERIODIC CHECK

Rotate to position 0,press cycle start push buttons; by
pressing cycle start push buttons (7-7) -press shall not
start If it does,replace circuit selecting valve (pos 21-4)
Press push button and check that it remains in lock
position. Push cycle start push buttons 7-7 ; press shall
not start If it does,replace circuit selecting valve (pos.19

1 press left push button and then right push button ;
press shall not start (interval
2 press right push button and then left push button ;
press shall not start (interval
3 Press push buttons (7 -7 ) at the same time; press
shall start.Release right push button; press mobile
element shall return to rest position.
4 Press push buttons (7 -7 ) at the same time; press
shall start.Release left push button; press mobile
element shall return to rest position.
If under conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, press shall not operate
as described above, replace bi-manual control valve
(pos 11)
Create an obstacle preventing the mobile door from
totally closing. Press cycle start push buttons (7-7) The
closing mobile door shall start, until it should reverse
the direction of the door and stop the machine (the
mobile element shall not start!).
If the above does not occur and the mobile element
starts, replace locking valve (pos.36 -pos.5).
