Remove
1. Disconnect battery earth lead. 1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
2. Remove engine compartment access cover. 2. Remove engine compartment access cover.

3. Release HO2S sensor multiplug from bracket and 3. Release HO2S sensor multiplug from bracket and
disconnect from harness.

WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle
supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on
safety stands.
5. Remove HO2S sensor. 5. Remove HO2S sensor.
Refit
1. Fit HO2S sensor and tighten to 55 Nm. 1. Fit HO2S sensor and tighten to 55 Nm.
2. Connect and secure HO2S sensor multiplug. 2. Connect and secure HO2S sensor multiplug.

Remove

3. Using a 16 mm spark plug socket remove 4 spark 3. Using a 16 mm spark plug socket remove 4 spark
plugs.
Refit
1. Fit terminals to new spark plugs. 1. Fit terminals to new spark plugs.
2. Set gap of each new spark plug to 1.00±0.05 mm. 2. Set gap of each new spark plug to 1.00±0.05 mm.
3. Fit spark plugs and tighten to 27 Nm. 3. Fit spark plugs and tighten to 27 Nm.
4. Refit coils. 4. Refit coils.
