Operation

The Serving Trolley must be checked for external visible damages and defects before each operation.

Take hold of the push bars on the Serving Trolley and move the appliance to its destination.

Upon arrival at the destination, apply both total locks and make sure they are locked and the appli-
ance is secured against unintended movement.

Damage to appliances
If the maximum surface loads of the top surface or the shelves is exceeded,
deformation in the sheet metal surface cannot be excluded.
Avoid concentrated loads when loading.
Always adhere to the maximum surface load per shelf.
