System Benchmarking QCRM's
Benchmarking Principle:
Evaluate or check key performance criteria by comparison with data
generated on a new column when the system is known to be in good
working order. Sufficient data trending is required to gain an adequate
benchmark initial point.
Criteria and specifications should allow customers to determine if the
QCRM results indicate that their system and column is functioning as
expected.
Typical criteria might include:
oRetention time range or reproducibility
Peak area range or reproducibility

Peak tailing range
o
Peak resolution
o
Plate Count
o
Sensitivity
