ALLATION DU HAYON

Operations preliminaires

Démonter toujours la barre pare-encastrement du véhicule,
l'éventuel support de la roue de secours et tout élément
pouvant gêner les opérations d'installation du hayon
monte-charge (feux, support de la plaque, etc.).
Enlever les axes d'articulation (1) de la plate-forme.
Retirer le bouchon (2) du réservoir et le remplacer par le
bouchon (3) avec indicateur de niveau.
Retirer le bouchon (4) du réservoir et visser le raccord (5).
Introduire à fond (on doit percevoir un déclic) les tuyaux
(6) de récupération d'huile dans le raccord (5).

TAIL-LIFT INSTALLATION

Preliminary operations

Always remove the rear bumper of the vehicle, the spare
wheel support (if fi tted) and anything else that might get
in the way during installation of the Tail-Lift (lights, plate
support etc.).
Extract the articulation pins (1) from the platform.
Remove the cap (2) from the tank and insert the cap (3)
with the level indicator.
Remove the cap (4) from the tank and screw in the fi tting
(5). Insert the oil scavenge pipes (6) all the way to the
bottom (a click must be heard) in the fi tting (5).

Operaciones preliminares
Desmontar la barra para-ensamblaje del vehículo, el
soporte de la rueda de recambio y todo lo que pueda
obstaculizar las operaciones de instalación de la
Compuerta Montacargas (faros, soporte matrícula,
etc...).
Sacar de la plataforma los pernos (1) de articulación.
Desmontar la tapa (2) del depósito e introducir la tapa (3)
con el indicador de nivel.
Desmontar la tapa (4) del depósito y atornillar el racor (5).
Introducir a fondo (se debe oír el chasquido) los tubos (6)
de recuperación de aceite en el racor (5).
