I.1 General features
I.1.1 Declared conditions of use
EQPI3X units are air cooled multi-purpose total heat recovery units with axial
fans.
They are intended to be used in air conditioning systems or industrial
processes where chilled or hot water is required in every season, simulta-
neously or separately, in 2 or 4-pipe systems, not for domestic use or direct
human consumption.
The units are designed for outdoor installation.
DANGER!
The machine has been designed and built solely and exclusively to
operate as an air-cooled water chiller; any other use other than this is
expressly FORBIDDEN.
Installing the machine in an explosive environment is prohibited.
DANGER!
The units are designed for outdoor installation. Segregate the unit if
installed in areas accessible to persons under 14 years of age.
IMPORTANT!
The unit will function correctly only if the instructions for use are
scrupulously followed, if the specified clearances are complied with
during installation, as well as the use restrictions indicated in this
manual.

Super-silenced version complete with soundproofed compressor
compartment, super reduced speed fans and oversized condensing
section (EQPI3XS). The fan speed is automatically increased when
the external temperature increases significantly.
