PREFACE
Thank you very much for choosing a DAUB product which was completely developed, designed, engineered,
manufactured, controlled and inspected by Daub Bakery Machinery in the Netherlands.
Daub Bakery Machinery B.V., based in the Netherlands, is specialized in developing and manufacturing high-
quality bakery machines for dividing dough and slicing bread. Since its establishment in 1902, Daub Bakery
Machinery B.V. has achieved an international reputation through quality products and pioneering product
innovation.
All of our equipment is designed, engineered and produced in our own highly automated production facility
in the Netherlands which is equipped with the latest CNC machining and measuring technology. From
design with our sophisticated 3D CAD software until the last part of the assembly process, all is managed,
controlled and inspected in our own production facility.
