The pressing lever is used to press the dough.
The front cover shields the dividing disc and dividing
knife.
The knife lever disconnects the dividing disc from the
dividing knife to cut the dough.
The rounding table supports the rounding plate during
processing by the machine.
The rounding lever is used to round the dough.
The centring pin locks the rounding plate during
processing by the machine.
