6. Remove the pressing ring by turning it anticlockwise. See Figure 13.
7. Stand in front of the machine.
8. Grab the knife lever with your left hand, and grab the pressing lever with your right hand.
9. Pull the knife lever to the left as far as it will go.
10. Press with the pressing lever as far as it will go.
The dividing knife moves out of the dividing disc.
