Rotate the pressing lever and keep it rotated until the pressing ring is completely against the
rounding plate and the dough is pressed out properly. See figure 6.
2. Move the knife lever to the right. See figure 6.
3. Rotate the pressing lever further to cut the dough. See figure 6.
4. Rotate the rounding lever to round the dough. See figure 6.
5. Rotate the pressing lever and rounding lever back when the dough is sufficiently rounded.
NOTICE
If the pressing lever is released too soon, the ring will move upwards.
If the result is not satisfactory, the settings can be changed. See section .
7.5.
Assessing the result
The following information will help you to obtain the best possible result.
When operating the machine, always observe the following adjustment options: volume, pressing
time and rounding time.
Problem
The dough balls are not of equal
weight.
The dough balls are not rounded
enough.
The dough balls have a point at the
top.
The surface of the dough balls is
cracked.
The machine presses the dough
through the gap between the
rounding plate and the pressing
ring.
NOTICE
For good results, observe the machine's prescribed weight ranges. See the table for the correct
weight range.

Solution
Make sure the dough piece is put exactly in the middle of
the plate and flatten it a little by hand. The dough should not
come over the edge of the rounding plate.
Make sure the dough is pre-proofed for the correct length
of time (depends on the dough consistency, but usually 15
minutes).
Extend the pressing time. An indication for the proper
pressing duration is when the dough just comes out below
the pressing ring.
Reduce the weight setting with the volume bar.
Extend the rounding time.
Try a combination of both.
Increase the weight setting with the volume bar.
Check if the dough piece is in accordance with the capacity of
the machine.
The rounds have been worked too long. Reduce the
rounding time.
The dough piece has been pressed too long. Decrease the
pressing time.
