Working environment
To operate the machine, a working area of 0.6 metres is required around the machine. All
operating, maintenance and repair operations can be carried out in this area.

The name plate is located on the side of the machine.
Figure 2 shows the name plate.

The settings of the weight determines how far the
dividing disc moves up during rounding. In this way the
volume of the rounding chambers can be determined.
Therefore this position is related to the weight of the
dough piece that should be divided.
The rear cover shields the dividing disc and dividing
knife.
The locking pin locks the dividing disc.
The tension of the V-belt can be adjusted using the
provided spanner.
The main switch turns the machine on and off.
The rounding plate, with a spread-out piece of dough
on it, is placed on the rounding table. After processing,
the rounding plate is removed and the dough has been
divided and rounded.
