9. TROUBLESHOOTING
9.1. Problems, causes and solutions
Problem
After rounding, the eccentric
motion does not stop
immediately.
The machine does not cut the
dough.
The machine does not round
the dough.
(*) If the problem is not solved, contact your dealer or the Daub service department.

Cause
The tension springs are
damaged, loose or broken.
The knife lever moves out of
the pressing shaft, but the
dividing disc does not rise.
The knife lever does not move
out of the pressing shaft.
The main switch is off.
The V-belt is not properly
tensioned.
The push-pull link does not
push up the cross bearing.

Solution
Replace both tension springs.
1. Clean the dividing knife if the
dividing knife is dirty.
2. Replace the dividing knife if
the dividing knife is bent.
3. Replace the springs of the
dividing disc if the springs
are broken.
Clean and grease the knife
lever at the pressing shaft.
Turn the power on.
Increase the tension with the
hex pipe spanner.
Adjust the position of the
push-pull link.
