PRESENTATION
The practice of walking or running on a treadmill allows a complete cardiac and muscular training, from the beginner to the experienced athlete. The benefits of this practice are the following:

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
• The RUN500 treadmill has been designed for running at home for up to 10 hours
per week. (use class HC)
• The treadmill starts at a speed of 1km/h and can go up to 16km/h to allow for
walking and running.
• The treadmill is equipped with a motorized incline system that can go up to 10%
to intensify the effort and burn more calories.The running surface is 45cm wide
and 130cm long for ease of use.
• The console has 6 display functions: time, distance, calories, speed, pace, incline
and heart rate when coupled with a measuring device.
CONSOLE OPERATION
The RUN500 touchscreen console features a backlit LED display, smartphone and tablet holder, USB charging port and Bluetooth sensors to connect to compatible heart rate monitors and fitness applications.
The USB port on the right side of the tablet holder keeps your phone or tablet charged during your session.
The power consumption of the treadmill can vary from 580 watts to 610 watts for a 90kg user running at a speed of 10km/h.
The sound pressure level measured at 1m from the console and at a height of 1.60m above the ground is 57dBA, at a maximum speed of 16km/h and without a runner. The sound level emitted under no-load conditions is lower than that emitted when operating
with a load.

QUICK START
Quick Start mode allows you to work out without following a specific program by controlling the speed and time yourself. Press
PROGRAMS
The RUN500 treadmill has 30 pre-set programs with alternating speed and incline. Detailed program profiles can be found at the beginning of this manual.

The programs are divided into several segments. Each segment has a corresponding time, speed and incline setting. Please note that two successive segments may have the same settings. You can adjust the speed and incline at any time, either before
starting the program or during the session.
The Treadmill also has a TARGET mode
that allows you to set a TIME or DISTANCE goal for your session. In this case, you choose the speed and incline to reach your goal.
PROGRAM SELECTION
You can select a program only when your Treadmill is off, on the «GO» home screen. Select your goal by pressing the corresponding
that program. Press the same button repeatedly to scroll through the program numbers and find the one you want.
The SPEED CONTROL adjusts the maximum speed of the selected program and the SLOPE CONTROL adjusts the maximum slope of the selected program. This new data will be applied proportionally to the entire program.
